What is TwoUp!?
TwoUp! is the global dating app built for motorcycle riders. It connects solo riders, pillions, and couples who want to share the road - whether that's a Sunday coffee run, a cross-country tour, or a lifelong riding partner.
Who can use TwoUp!?
TwoUp! is for adults only. You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to ride or be a passenger on a motorcycle in your country. Some features may require a valid motorcycle licence or verified rider status.
Is TwoUp! free?
Joining TwoUp! is free. You can build your garage, browse riders, and match at no cost. We also offer optional premium subscriptions that unlock advanced filters, route planning tools, and boosted visibility.
How do I download the app?
TwoUp! is available on iOS and Android. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play using the badges on our homepage.
Your profile & garage
What is the Garage?
Your Garage is your personal showroom on TwoUp!. Add the bikes you own, have ridden, or dream about. It helps other riders understand your style, experience, and what kind of machine you bring to the ride.
How many bikes can I put in the Garage?
Up to five. A rider rarely sticks to one machine - a weekend twin, a track weapon, a touring beast, a scrambler for the forest track. Add them all, switch by mood or route.
What should I put in my profile?
Keep it real. Current photos, riding style, favourite roads, what you're up for on the road. Honest profiles get better matches - and the road can tell when you're bluffing.
How does verification work?
Sign-in with Apple or Google already covers your identity. Want the extra star on your profile? Turn on the optional face-scan verification and get the „Verified rider" badge. It's biometric and optional - skip it and you're still fully in the game.
Do you store my face scan?
The face-scan runs locally to produce a verification result, and we store only that result and the badge - not raw biometric templates you can identify people from. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Matching & riding together
How does matching work?
Send cards right for Ride, left for Stop, up for Super Ride. When both riders send Ride, a TwoUp! is born and the chat opens. Under the hood, our Triple-Axis Matching favours riders with a matching bike type, style and routes - so the cards you see actually make sense.
What is Passenger Mode?
Passenger Mode is for riders who prefer to ride on the back and want to be paired with pilots looking for company. Turn it on when that's your intention, and be specific about the kind of trips you're up for - city cruises, weekend runs, long-haul.
Can I share routes with a match?
Yes. Draft, save and share legendary routes with your matches. You can even plan a ride together straight from the chat - and Route Match will flag it on your connection if you already ride the same lines.
Is my exact location visible to other riders?
No. Your location stays fuzzy until you decide otherwise. You control who sees your rides, and live location sharing is opt-in per ride with a trusted match.
Road Trip (global matching)
What is Road Trip?
Road Trip is TwoUp!'s global travel mode. Drop a pin on any city in the world and start matching with local riders before you even leave home. Line up a co-pilot, a local guide or a passenger for your next trip abroad - days or weeks before your wheels touch the ground.
How does Road Trip work?
Open Road Trip, search any destination worldwide, and pick the dates you'll be there. Your profile appears to riders in that region during your window, and theirs appears to you. Chat, plan routes and agree on meeting points before you arrive.
Can I use Road Trip for more than one city?
Yes. Queue multiple destinations - Lisbon, Seville, Marrakech - and match in each city separately. Switch destinations any time.
Do I need my own bike at the destination?
No. Road Trip works whether you're bringing your bike, renting one at the destination, or travelling as a passenger looking for a local pilot. Set your role so matches know what to expect.
Is Road Trip included in the free plan?
Road Trip is a premium feature. It's included with every TwoUp! subscription and works in every country the app operates.
Does Road Trip change my home location?
No. Your home stays intact. Road Trip creates a temporary presence in your destination for the dates you choose and expires automatically when the window ends.
Privacy, Hidden Mode & pause
What is Hidden Mode?
Hidden Mode lets you keep riding while staying incognito - only riders you Ride first can see you. Perfect for scanning the feed without being scanned back. Part of Premium Power.
How is Pause different from Hidden Mode?
Pause is full standby: no cards go out, no cards come in, you're invisible until you switch back on. Hidden Mode is the stealth setting - you keep swiping and matching, just quietly.
Can I hide my age?
Yes. Under privacy settings you can hide your age from your profile card. Everything else stays as you want it.
What is the 3-layer contact protection?
Phones, e-mails, links and socials don't belong in profiles. Layer 1 blocks them as you type, layer 2 catches them again on the server, and layer 3 is the community itself. Bike specs like „Panigale 1299" are recognised as models, not phone numbers.
Safety & community
How does TwoUp! keep riders safe?
We verify riders through Apple / Google, offer optional face-scan for the extra star, and give you tools that stay in your hands: in-app SOS, live location sharing with matches you trust, one-tap Hidden Mode and account pause. Zero tolerance for harassment.
What should I do if someone makes me uncomfortable?
Report and block are always one tap away on every profile. You can also email us at support@twoup.eu - every report gets a fast human check.
Where should I meet another rider for the first time?
Pick a public, rider-friendly spot - a café, a petrol station, a well-known meeting point. Tell a friend where you're going and share live location with a trusted contact during the ride.
What are the Community Rules?

Subscriptions & billing
What premium plans does TwoUp! offer?
Three tiers of Fuel: Special (unlimited Rides, Road Trip, no ads), Super (adds „Rides You", 5× Super Ride per week, 1× Ride Boost per month) and Premium Power (adds Hidden Mode, message before matching and priority visibility). Plus one-off Super Rides and Ride Boost packs.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies follow the terms of the App Store or Google Play store where you made the purchase. For billing questions, contact us at support@twoup.eu.
