How TwoUp! works

A short walkthrough for new riders: what to expect after you download the app, how you find a partner and what you can actually do inside. No tech talk - just step by step.

Quick glossary

Ride: I like this rider - send the card right.
Stop: Not for me - send the card left.
Super Ride: Strong interest - send the card up. Two hearts and you jump to the top of their feed.
TwoUp!: When both riders send Ride - you match and the chat opens.
Garage: Your profile and the bikes you ride.
Fuel: Subscriptions and one-off purchases - more likes, boost, global reach.
Ride Boost: 66 minutes at the top of everyone else's feed - way more people see you.
Road Trip: Drop a pin anywhere in the world and match with locals before you arrive.
Passenger: Your co-pilot on the back - the one who feels every kilometre with you.
Blind Date: A blind ride: you meet at the start line, names and photos unlock while you're rolling.
Status of the day: Quick stories - „hitting the pass today" or „coffee at 3pm". Riders nearby can jump in.

Sign up in a minute

Sign in your way - phone number, e-mail, Apple or Google account. Your store or an SMS code handles the identity, no ID scans, no waiting.
A five-step onboarding walks you through who you are, your role (rider / passenger / crew), what you're looking for, who you want to meet and what you ride. Takes a couple of minutes.
Want the extra star? Optional face-scan verification adds a „Verified rider" badge to your profile. Skip it and you're still rolling - just without the sticker.
Your Garage fits up to 5 bikes - each with photo, name, year and engine size. Riders rarely stick to one machine, so neither do we.
Fine-tune the rest: vibe, bio, education, work, languages, tags and favourite routes - so the right riders find you.

A friendly tour on first launch

After sign-in a short tour highlights the most important features. Skip it any time and re-open it from the menu.
You don't have to memorise anything. The app quietly explains new features the first time you meet them.

Discover riders - card-sending that actually makes sense

Every card shows what matters: photos, age, role, distance, vibe, bikes from the Garage and activity.
Send the card right for Ride, left for Stop, up for Super Ride. Gestures or buttons - your choice.
When Ride comes from both sides, a TwoUp! connection is born and the chat opens right there.
Behind the scenes our Triple-Axis Matching favours riders with a matching bike type, style and routes. Fewer random cards, more real matches.
Smart feed sorting weighs distance, shared interests, bike type and activity - less scrolling, more actual matches.
An active status shows who's online right now, so you can start chatting straight away.

Super Ride - when someone really catches your eye

Send a Super Ride by sending the card up. It says: „I really want to meet you." They see it right away.
Anyone who sends you a Super Ride jumps to the top of your feed with a bold badge.
You have your own „Who gave you Super Ride" inbox - a clean list you can match from in a tap. Free on every plan.

A chat where you actually meet

After a TwoUp!, you chat text-first - so the first impression comes from what you say, not what you post.
Photos in chat unlock only after a few messages from both sides. No unwanted images.
Plan a ride together straight from the chat. Unmatch, report and block are always one tap away.

Ride Boost - be seen for 66 minutes

Sometimes you want more attention - a sunny Saturday, a last-minute weekend plan. Ride Boost pushes your profile to the top of everyone else's feed for 66 minutes.
You see the countdown while it runs. When it ends, you get a recap: how many riders saw you and how many new Rides came in.

Road Trip - match where you're going, not just where you are

Heading to Vienna, Lisbon or Marrakech? Drop a pin on the map and start matching with locals days or weeks before you arrive.
Alongside favourite destinations (Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Plzeň, Liberec, Vienna) you can pick any city in the world.
Premium feature - the free plan can unlock it via Fuel.

Routes and group rides

Save your favourite routes and let TwoUp! find riders who ride the same ones. When it clicks, you get a bonus and a Route Match badge on your connection.
See hotspots around you (where riders really gather), create a group ride, join someone else's, or import your GPX from another app.
Status of the day works like stories - a short update like „heading up the pass today" or „coffee at 3pm by the station". Riders nearby see it and can jump in.
Group rides come with their own chat and capacity - set the number of seats, invite your crew and you're rolling.

Blind Date

Want more adventure? Pick a route, start Blind Date and let TwoUp! pair you with a rider - without photos.
You meet at the start, ride together and reveal names and photos step by step. A refreshing break from surface-level card-sending.

Safety that keeps up with your pace

3-layer contact protection: phone numbers, e-mails, links and socials don't belong in profiles. We block them as you type, cut them again on the server, and the community keeps the rest in line. Want to be in touch? That's what the chat is for.
Smart detection won't turn your Panigale 1299 into a phone number or your build year into a PIN - we know engine size, power, year and model when we see them.
Your privacy sits under your thumb: Hidden Mode (only riders you Ride first can see you), one-tap account pause when you need a break, hide your age - all one tap away.
The difference is simple: Hidden Mode = you keep riding, incognito. Pause = full standby, no cards, no visibility, until you're back.
Photos in chat unlock only after a few messages from both sides. No unsolicited „hellos" on a Sunday morning.
Report and block are always one tap from you - and the community keeps the vibe on the right wavelength.

Account and data deletion

Delete your account right in the app: ☰ → Info → My data → DELETE ACCOUNT. Once confirmed, your profile, photos, matches, conversations, routes, statuses and verification status are removed.
Don't have the app installed? E-mail support@twoup.eu from the address you registered with. We'll handle your request within 30 days.
Production data is erased within 30 days, and within 90 days from backups. Accounting and tax documents for paid subscriptions are kept as required by law. Community-safety records (reports) are retained only as long as necessary.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately in Google Play (Subscriptions) or App Store (Subscriptions).
